Hey, I’m Nancy!

I am a yogi and travel lover. I never pass up the opportunity to move my body and if I am not on the mat you can find me having an adventure somewhere in the world.

Nancy found yoga in 2012 while she was a competitive track and field athlete to prevent injury and to stay in shape in the off-season. She immediately fell in love with the practice and knew she wanted to become an instructor.

Nancy received her 200 hour YTT in 2016 at Be Well under Jessie Shapiro. As a firm believer in always being a student, Nancy continued to study under Dylan Werner, Matt Giordano, Nevine Michaan and Abbie Galvin to progress her practice and teaching.

Nancy has been teaching since 2016 and it is her hope that her students leave their mat feeling nourished and balanced.

Initially, I was attracted to the physical aspect of yoga but soon realized it was so much more. The mental and spiritual benefits were a positive influence on life. Yoga has made me stronger and more flexible both on and off the mat.
